The “Atlas 1W” is a heavy-duty cart that is designed by a Food Safety Professional with experience in sanitation, hygienic design, pathogen mitigation/remediation strategies. Use the Atlas 1W for wet cleaning applications, to complement COP Tank pre-rinsing and staging, and to transfer containers, tools, and equipment pieces.
Key Features:
304 stainless steel, continuous TIG welding – corrosion-resistant, cleanable & long-lasting
Organized storage – compartments for tools and special shelf for supplies (shelf is designed to minimize overspray onto the supplies during sanitation)
Perforated design – self-draining and easy to clean
Raised edges – keeps items secure during use
Optimal height helps reduce the risk of splashes from floor to support pathogen cross-contamination risk reduction
Spacers – allow access for cleaning in between the casters and legs & both regular spacers and solid spacers are designed to be disassembled for deep cleaning; solid spacers are recommended for this cart.
Casters – 304 stainless steel top plate and fork
No sharp edges or corners to reduce residue buildup
Fully assembled – ready to use
Eco-friendly – supports plastic waste reduction
