A Message from Our Founder

After spending years on the plant floor during sanitation, I saw firsthand how hard it was to find cleaning carts that supported Food Safety.

Too often, Sanitation Teams are forced to work with whatever tools are available. But floors, plastic pallets, stainless steel tables, and plastic carts were never designed for cleaning equipment, and they create risks for cross-contamination, employee safety, and equipment damage.

I knew Sanitation Teams deserved better tools. When I could not find the solutions I was looking for, I decided to build them myself. That is how CCHYSAN was born.

CCHYSAN was built around real sanitation challenges, practical plant floor experience, and a commitment to supporting Sanitation Teams and Food Safety. Today, I may be on the other side of the industry, but at my core, I am a Food Safety Professional first and a cart manufacturer second- someone who understands the struggles and risks on the plant floor because I have lived them.
